After 30 years of a fundraising career and managing seven capital campaigns, I concluded that the profession needed a new approach. I believe it is at the intersection of data and decision making where new opportunities lie to take leaps in effectiveness. After more than 20 years working in fundraising with organizations large and small, I realized the industry would not change until our tools did.
